eWebinar is front and center on our demo booking page. We give people the option to book a live demo with us, and we also give them the option to watch a pre-recorded one. Most people end up choosing the pre-recorded demo, either scheduling a time or watching it on demand right at that moment.

We held four weeks of in-person training in 2019, and it was difficult to predict how many people were going to attend. It wasn't uncommon to have a session with just a few people. In that case, you’re potentially spending a lot of time and resources, but the impact wouldn't necessarily be as big compared to when we could launch a webinar with live chat support. Now there are 100 people on the eWebinar and each has access to dedicated service through chat.

I compared ALL the webinar tools by actually trying them out. eWebinar is by far the best. It's the ONLY tool that shows the webinar times in the time zone of the viewer (crazy to think other webinars don't have that!). The analytics are better than all the other tools I tried. Their support is better than any other IT tool I currently use. They actually understand your technical questions instead of sending you AI generated nonsense answers.

eWebinar allows our salespeople to focus on lead generation, not on doing the same live demos over and over again.

Nobody has complained about eWebinar's hybrid format, and that's a good thing in and of itself! I've had really good interactions with attendees in general. Nobody has said, "This is weird, this is pre-recorded." That's just never come up.

We love the Slack integration. One of the biggest pain points of Zoom SimuLive is we have to be live to answer questions, and it's not always feasible when our team is busy or not around. Being able to have a channel where see when someone has a question in eWebinar and any one of us who happens to be online can respond to the question in Slack gives prospects the live-like feeling. It's a nice personal touch. If we're not there, we can follow up via email and that's a great back up.

For anyone who's worried about moving from live to on-demand, you can put messages in the eWebinar that say if they want someone to reach out, they can send a message or book a call. You can always have that personal touchpoint available to customers.

I like eWebinar's variety of widgets and forms that we can embed on our own landing pages, an capture prospects to get them to our demo.

Before eWebinar, our training team was running multiple webinars everyday. We needed to find a way to give time back to our team and continue authentic engagement with our customers, while also maintaining availability of training resources.

Using the Slack integration, our team can continue with their day to day tasks without disruption and customers can expect timely responses to their questions. We love the ability to time interactions throughout the eWebinar!

After eWebinar, we were able to host more webinars than our calendars could provide, give time back to our staff, and we reached more customers at a time that was most convenient to them. All without losing the ability to engage.

Before eWebinar, we would sometimes do a live group demo, but it was very sporadic, like once a year, and it was hit or miss. There was no system around it. I always wished I could do more because I've always been a fan of webinars.

We use eWebinar for demand gen by driving social media traffic to landing pages where people convert to attending an on-demand webinar that educates them about how our product solves their problem. Our sales team qualifies those leads and builds their pipeline.

I'm impressed with how much webinars and videos are still as relevant today as 10 years ago because I think people still like to learn from other humans. What I like about eWebinar is it's the perfect blend of having a human deliver content, and it's also there whenever, on-demand.

Previous to eWebinar, our support team would be able to offer one-to-many trainings maximum twice a week. Sometimes nobody would show up. We'd have customers who want the training, but it just didn't work for their schedule.

As soon as I showed our team eWebinar, they uploaded training calls they already had recorded, set up the interactions, and launched it themselves. Now it's running 24/7.

I'd recommend eWebinar to anyone who wants to use video content for training that's not just a Youtube. When you want it to feel like a live training, and give your customers the option of accessing it whenever they want.

Before eWebinar, we did training calls and demand gen webinars over Zoom, but the problem was we didn't have time to do them, and due to time zones, a lot of people asked for the recording anyway so it never made sense to invest a lot of time into that.

It doesn't matter what time zone our customer is in, they can access our training anytime and whoever's working support can still assist them over chat if they have a question.

I'd recommend eWebinar to anyone who wants to use video content for demand gen, that's not just a YouTube where there's no lead capture or chat communication.
